Olga Gomez-Cash

Meditation Leader

Alongside physical fitness, we also recognise the importance of mental & emotional well-being & that one has an effect on the other. Our 1 to 1 meditation sessions can assist individuals with reducing anxiety, improving emotional regulation & calming the sympathetic nervous system. This can help improve psychological wellbeing, which in turn has a positive impact on physical health. Olga can work with clients on a 1 to 1 basis through guided meditation & wellbeing coaching.

When appropriate some clients then progress to the group meditation sessions and self-directed meditation.

Olga has had a daily meditation practice for several decades, which supported many years in education and managerial settings. Olga also has long experience of community-led personal change in listening circles groups and co-counselling and consolidated this practice becoming qualified to be an internal coach in her workplace.  She is now a certified meditation teacher and wellbeing coach, as well as a local Green Party lead & mindfulness chaplain. Before working with us, Olga worked with her local NHS Community Prevention & Engagement Team with meditation and listening circles for people living with chronic pain.

‘Meditating with Olga’ sessions support people to ‘wind down’, get into the flow of wellbeing, and engage in personal growth. Olga has been with us for three years & has been a great addition to our meditative fitness team. Her meditation sessions allow us to support clients to improve their psychological wellbeing, which can have a positive knock-on effect to their physical health.

Olga holds guided sessions from our clinic and in educational settings as well as hosting online. Her sessions with Dynamic Neurophysiotherapy are focussed on supporting adjustment, self-regulation and resilience in people facing complex diagnoses or difficult times within their lives. We have experienced spectacular results in clients’ managing the psychological effects of medical conditions & life changing diagnoses or dealing with severe personal difficulties through her group sessions and tailored 1 to 1 meditation and wellbeing coaching.

Group Classes

‘Friday night calm’ sessions: Friday 7pm

The sessions will allow you to get the support of a group and learn alongside others what works best for you in this moment to ease into life and find your centre and your flow in any challenges you are experiencing! Olga has been on a lifelong search for practices of wellbeing to support her mental health and create a better world. She has gathered meditation practices from the many different global traditions and turned them into accessible guided meditations. Participants benefit from this gentle entry point into meditation and the safe space of a supportive group.

1 to 1 meditation and wellbeing coaching:

Wednesday and Friday afternoons

These focused 50-minute sessions are slower-paced than a group session and tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Olga makes space for listening. You can set the agenda and let Olga adapt and modify the meditations to meet your requirements. The 1 to 1 sessions give you more personal guidance on how to develop a consistent wellbeing practice and participants have reported that they experience great psychological and physical benefits from these sessions allowing them to cope more efficiently with their lives.
